7+ business days
Google-first follow-up tracking
See which conversations
still need a reply.
Waiting-for Tracker watches support cases, disputes, tickets and document requests, then puts every open follow-up in one morning email.
- Checks who replied last
- Counts business days
- Never sends replies

The problem
Sent does not mean settled.
After you send a message, the follow-up is easy to forget. The tracker keeps it visible without sending replies, storing message bodies or turning every conversation into a task.
Four clear states
Know what needs attention now.
The tracker first checks who sent the latest message. A conversation becomes overdue only when someone else still owes the reply.

Find the right conversations
Focused Gmail searches find the configured case types and remove repeated matches.
- 02Labels

Active means monitored. Done means deliberately resolved and always suppresses the thread.

Check who replied last
The newest sender shows whether the family is waiting or a new reply has arrived.
- 04Brisbane time
Count business days
Saturday and Sunday do not count. Clear labels appear after three and seven business days.
- 05Gmail
Send one morning email
At about 7 am, one Gmail message groups the open follow-ups with links to each thread.
Why one email is enough
Review follow-ups once instead of being interrupted all day.
Gmail keeps the workflow inside Google and groups low-urgency items into one review. Google Tasks may later be used only for genuinely overdue cases.
Control stays human
The tracker nudges. It never speaks for you.
It does not reply, delete, archive or change message contents. Full email bodies are not stored in Script Properties, and one failed thread cannot hide the others.
- No automatic repliesEvery follow-up remains a human decision
- Explicit completionThe Done label closes a case intentionally
- Google-only by defaultNo Telegram or Todoist integration is enabled
